How to follow Biden's inauguration

Today at noon Eastern, Joseph R. Biden Jr. will be sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. When Kamala D. Harris is sworn in as his vice president, she will be the first woman – and first woman of color – to hold the role. Every inauguration is historic, but this will be an inauguration like no other, with epic security precautions and zero inaugural balls.
