State Dept. official pressed FBI to change classification of one Clinton email
Undersecretary Patrick F. Kennedy tried to pressure the bureau to change at least one of the emails on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's private server to unclassified, prompting discussion of a possible trade to resolve the issue, according to documents released by the FBI on Monday. Though no tangible swap came to pass, one official described the arrangement as a "quid pro quo."
