McConnell: People trying to unseat incumbents are 'specialists at nominating' losers
The Senate majority leader criticized such efforts by former White House adviser Stephen Bannon and others ahead of next year's midterms. He said they are working against President Trump's agenda by backing GOP candidates who lack the broad appeal needed to win general elections in their states.
