At least 10 dead as fast-moving wildfires ravage Northern California's wine country
Tens of thousands of residents fled after at least 14 blazes burned more than 70,000 acres, nearly all of it in Sonoma and Napa counties. Officials warned that high winds and other conditions would likely exacerbate the fires in the days ahead. The situation is "not under control by any means," Gov. Jerry Brown said. "But we're on it in the best way we know how."
