As Nunes steps up attacks on Mueller, the FBI, his tactics alarm some lawmakers
Rep. Devin Nunes, (R-Calif.), once sidelined by an ethics inquiry from leading the House Intelligence Committee's Russia probe, is reasserting his full authority as the panel's chairman just as the GOP appears poised to challenge special counsel Robert S. Mueller III's investigation. But Nunes, a Trump loyalist, has raised alarms among Democrats and even some Republicans.
