House passes massive GOP tax plan; Senate to vote this evening
House Republicans overcame Democratic opposition to pass the biggest overhaul to the U.S. tax code in three decades, sending the measure to the Senate, where GOP leaders plan to pass it Tuesday night. The legislation could be signed by President Trump as early as this week.
