A manhunt was underway for an airport accomplice and a Belgian bombmaker. Media reports said Khalid and Brahim Bakroui were responsible for a nail-spewing bomb at an airport departures hall and an explosion on a subway train that left at least 31 people dead. The suspected third bomber remained unidentified.
