The Army private who had been sentenced to 35 years in prison for disclosing secret diplomatic and military documents to WikiLeaks will be set free in May. Obama also pardoned retired Marine Gen. James E. Cartwright, who admitted to lying to the FBI in a probe of a leak of classified information about a covert U.S.-Israeli cyberattack on Iran's nuclear program.
