Navy destroyer arrives in Singapore after collision that left 10 sailors missing
The USS John S. McCain was damaged during an incident with an oil tanker more than three times its size. Rescue efforts were underway to find the crew missing from the collision. The incident comes two months after seven sailors died when another destroyer in the 7th Fleet, the USS Fitzgerald, was struck by a container ship south of Japan.
