A transcript of a congressional interview of the founder of Fusion GPS, the firm that compiled research on candidate Donald Trump, was released by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, the ranking Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee. Glenn R. Simpson urged Congress to release his testimony, and Feinstein's move marked a shift in the cooperative relationship she has had with the committee's Republican chairman, Sen. Charles E. Grassley.
